First copy the cursor file to the directory Windows/Cursor/. Then go into the system options and choose the Mouse options. There you should find a tab "Pointers" or "Cursors" (I've never seen it in English ;-) ). There you should find further directions.

If this doesn't help you use the Windows help file and type in cursor. It should be able to help you!

Of course, if you are a registered member that is now possible. For security reasons I can't allow that without being a member. Please don't steal other people's Cursors and only upload your own piece of work. All my cursors I made by myself!
